WHERE WE ARE

Orani House is situated on the Port Arthur Highway. A country get away, not far from the city, enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Perfect for a night away or a family get away.

Sorell, one of Tasmania’s oldest towns, is only 5 minutes’ away with local pubs, eateries, supermarkets and shops.

Hobart Airport is just a 15 minute drive.

The location is also perfect for playing golf, exploring the Tasman Peninsula and the historic sites of Port Arthur (just 55 minutes’ south) as well as historic Richmond and the Coal River Valley vineyards.

Orford, on the east coast, is a great day trip (a 40 minute drive) for bush walking, beaches and fishing.

Hobart is 30 minutes’ away.

Some of the activities on offer include Mt. Wellington (scenic views and bush walking); Cadbury Visitor Centre; Cascade Brewery; historic Salamanca with great restaurants and local produce (market only on Saturdays); and the highly acclaimed Museum of New and Old Art (MONA).
